Home Tours Rules

The health and safety of our community is top priority. Festival Home Tours are subject to change or cancellation based on COVID-19 directives from the City. Please review Home Tours Rules and sf.gov for current guidelines and updates prior to attending.

Getting There

We recommend bringing a map as a supplement to this program ticket and mapping your tour route in advance. Carpooling, public transportation, walking, or taking a rideshare is highly encouraged. Parking is not available at the homes and is limited in neighborhoods; please respect the neighbor and do NOT park in or block driveways. Read all street parking signs. Due to the hilly nature of San Francisco, the showcased homes are not ADA accessible. Moderate walking is required to get to the homes. We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes and clean foot apparel. You may be required to remove your shoes prior to entering the houses.

At the Home

Persons 13+ are permitted on the tour. Children under the age of two must be in an infant carrier or sling to be allowed in homes.

  • Face masks are required in all areas of the home.

  • NO photography or video is allowed anywhere on the tours in an effort to protect our partners’ privacy.

  • NO smoking is permitted in any of the homes or at any time while on the premise.

  • NO eating or drinking while in the homes.

  • NO restrooms are available for public use in the homes.

  • Do NOT open anything that is closed or make use of any of the furniture.

Tickets
